Cleared up moldy green & black concrete on side of house that never gets direct sunlight. Used a scrub brush on heavy spots, then a light non abrasive power wash after to finish it off.

30 Seconds IS a great product. Buy it! I was scrubbing and scrubbing with no luck so I bought 30 Second Outdoor Surface concentrated to try. I used it on my plastic deck roofing and it really did only take 30 seconds for it to break down the dried on grime and green slimy mess. Now my plastic corrugated deck roof is crystal clear again instead of grimy green. I am 68 years old woman and did not find it hard to do. I was really impressed with this product and how fast it breaks up the grime to just quickly scrub and then rinse away so I highly recommend.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: does the concentrate need to be diluted or not?

A: The instructions say to dilute it, yes. I used the product on my cedar deck (which badly needed cleaning). It does have a bleaching agent in it, so watch what overspray touches. I ended up getting the cedar cleaner from the wood company because the 30 second product did not get the deep grime off of the cedar boards.
