dysfunctional garbage

installed four of them on a light weight box. none of the casters swivel and all wheels lock up. Although the box is far below the rated weight, the casters and wheels jam up. It‘s not poor quality it‘s complete junk. Too much play in the swivel and no bearing for the wheel.
