Absolute garbage. Bought only about 3 months ago... suction power is low, battery doesn't last long. Not happy with this product. Only pro is that it light weight

Budget-friendly cordless stick vacuum

Was looking to replace my old, corded, stand-up vacuum without breaking my bank account. I bought this Tineco T1 back in May to replace it. So far, it has held up pretty well. It has no problem picking up dust, crumbs and pet hair from my linoleum floors and carpeted areas. I haven't been able to test the battery duration fully as my apartment isn't that large, but it was able to clean my 600 square foot apartment on a single charge, while alternating between the regular and maximum modes. The attachments that come with it are pretty standard compared to other stick vacuums. I picked it up on sale for $129.99 (regular $259.99) which beats paying $500-$800 for Dyson models. It looks like CT puts this model on sale every so often, so if you're looking for a budget-friendly replacement vacuum, the Tineco T1 would be sufficient. Side note: I see reviews for this model vary from good to not-so-good. This is my first Tineco, so I can't speak to the reliability, but it hasn't failed me or given any problems after a month of weekly use. For $130, I'm not really going to complain.

Q: I have this vacuum and when I try to vacuum my small area rug on MAX after it charges all night, it stops and blinks red. The canister is empty and nothing is stuck in the roller. Do I have a lemon? It is less than 6 months old and used very sparingly.

  • A: the canister has a tube in it ..... open the canister, dump it, then twist the tube to remove ........ remove the debris over the garbage can ..... that why the light is flashing a purple colour ... love mine. It stops so you don't destroy your device.
