DO NOT BUY

I bought this less than 2 years ago. Broke last April, sent it back to get worked on. Got it back, it broke again in September. So now I have an expensive machine, with a ton of coffee just sitting in my garage. So do yourselves a favor.... DO NOT BUY THIS. I wish I didnt.

Burnt Tasting Coffee

Haven’t been able to use for the past two years due to the coffee constantly tasting burnt/old. I’ve descaled, ran warm water cycles between cups of coffee and I cannot get rid of the taste. Very disappointing for the cost of this machine.

J’ai acheté cette machine pour remplacer ma Tassimo avec laquelle j’avais la possibilité de faire des lattés, Cappucino. Je suis assez satisfaite sauf pour une chose : le café n’est pas assez chaud, et quand on ajoute le lait bien, ça fait un café tiède.

Veuillez noter que notre système d'extraction par Centrifusion opère à la bonne température d'eau pour obtenir des résultats en tasse optimaux et de ne pas brûler les grains. Il est également important de noter que nos cafés n'ont pas été conçus pour être aussi chauds que le café filtre, par exemple. Bien que la température de nos machines ne puisse pas être augmentée manuellement, le préchauffage de votre tasse sous l'eau chaude et l'utilisation d'une tasse de taille adaptée à votre préparation aidera à conserver la température de l'infusion. Nous suggérons aussi de nettoyer fréquemment la chambre d'extraction.
