Weak charging port

Worked well, for a while

Didn't last a year of light use. The beeping was loud for office use, and a rigid handle like the Pure brand devices would have been helpful. Otherwise it worked well...for a while.

Malfunction

This will be the third one I have purchased. It's effectivel when it's working. Twice now the connection comes loose and eventually doesn't connect at all. I clean my purifiers weekly but, for some reason, the ones that have USB power malfunction.

Q: Does this product use HEPA filtration or ionizing? I would like to get it for my bird who has respiratory problems and only need to filter the area surrounding his cage.

Q: Can this unit be charged with a portable power pack? Which type is compatible? Thank you

  • A: It will run if you connect it to a portable power pack (but I don't know what kind, probably any kind you'd use with a phone, etc.). It does not have a chargeable battery, though--you have to have it connected to some sort of power source in order for it to work.

Q: What does it mean when the light will flash continuously after only a couple of hours of use? I just changed the filter, as well.

  • A: The filter light can be reset by pressing and holding the power button for about 3 seconds.

Q: How long is the filter good for? How often do you have to change it?

  • A: The filter light will start flashing after about 1000 cumulative hours of use, and the filter should be replaced every 3-6 months depending on usage.

Q: For Noma : could you make this product with a USB-C port instead of micro usb? The current port is so finicky it’s hard to stay connected. Rechargeable would be even better! This is the best small hepa on the market but the mini usb port is killing it
