Huge disappointment

The product arrived without the original packaging and missing the remote. When I contacted Canadian Tire for a refund they refused claiming that this was a final sale which was not correct as the receipt clearly showed that this was not a final sale. Huge dissatisfaction with Canadian Tire customer service.

Already had a couple of Hot and cold purifiers. But this one is by far the best for clearing cooking odours. Very quiet. Will gradually replace existing ones withe formaldehyde version.

Love cut short

I was very impressed how this could heat a room. I could breathe much better with the filtration… unfortunately my machine didn’t even last a month. It stopped working for no reason:(

  • A: This Dyson HP07 and Dyson HP09 have the same design structure. They both have an LCD screen that displays real-time information about the air quality, temperature and filter life. Even though both have the same sensor, the HP09 has an additional sensor that allows the detection of formaldehyde.
