This falls over all the time and hits me in the leg, arm, etc. I'm done. It also won't pick up animal hair on a plus rug runner. I'm done. The only thing I like, is the empty canister.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Is it possible to clean the brush or will it get stuck with the long human hair. We have only 2 rooms with carpet and my son is allergic to dust so we are looking for a powerful vacuum cleaner, is it a good choice? Or we can go for a smaller option?

A: It has very good suction or power. Most vacuums get long hair wound around it after awhile. I have long hair and haven't noticed it sticking at all yet. Mind you, I mostly just use it on my carpets b/c I have lots of laminate flooring. I think you will like it. The retractable cord is a nice feature as well.

Q: What do I do about the loud squeaky wheels on this vacuum? It's brand new and sounds like an old Oxcart. Also, the "high" setting is not high enough to clean a foot carpet on a linoleum floor without sucking it up. Very frustrating, maybe I'll return it?

Q: How many amps? How long is the cord? Can you shut the spinning brush off while you use an attachment?

A: This vacuum has 8 Amps and the cord is 27 feet. It does not have the brush on and off feature. The Pet Hair Eraser Turbo does have this feature.

Q: I had this vacuum for 2 months. Only have 6 mats and 3rd time using. The brush doesn’t spin and pick up material. Surprised to have this issue in such a short time frame. I had a Dyson for 7 years. Never an issue on that front. Any suggestions?
