This steamer is great to use. It’s a bit heavier than my old shark steamer. But this seems to clean my floors and leaves no streaks.

AWSOME product, sterile floors, no chemicals, easy heating and very little water used. One fillip of the water dispenser goes a very long way. Used on tiles and wood flooring, did an amazing job.
I have recommended this product to friends, so far one has bought one and is very happy with her purchase.

The mopping pad is so thin, I wish it would be more thicker to pull out darts from the floor. The pad looks so cheap

I assembled it but can’t get it to work when I turn the steam button on high it makes the power noise and it gets hot but not getting no water or steam on pad
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Distilled water is not water that has been boiled and then left to cool. Distilled water is the condensed steam from boiling water. Always used distilled water in this product otherwise mineral deposits will build up on the inside and clog small openings that are meant to pass only steam.

A: Amazon.ca purchased pack of 6 for price of one elsewhere. Perfect fit , no shrinking and have been using same one for at least 5 washes and still good.

Q: does it do a good job removing scruff marks from hardwood floors? Which setting is best for hardwoord?

A: Yes it has a rear brush that can flip down for tough scuff marks and I generally use the medium setting for hardwood and occassionally the high setting.

A: No, this replaces your conventional mop, really does a great job…just starts to fail working after 3-6 months, I’ve gone through 3 replacements and just sent the last one back to Bissel last week.

A: Not sure as I’ve only used it on hardwood, tile, and vinyl (roll type) and it works fine on all of these surfaces.
