Serious issues with Dyson

The submarine head does not work and despite numerous calls to Dyson and them advising they would replace the machine they are now refusing to do so. I am so disappointed in Dyson their service used to be amazing but no more. I have always been prepared to pay Dyson premium prices for good products and the peace of mind should something go wrong but no more Dyson.

Je suis très déçue de l’aspirateur. Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas optimale. Les accessoires sont très difficiles à desadapter, la pile n’a pas une grosse charge , moins que celle de mon vieux Dyson V11. La brosse lavante laisse des traces et le sol reste bien mouillé. Le remplissage de la réserve d’eau n’est pas pratique à remplir et le remontage difficile aussi

Disappointing

I bought this two weeks ago and was unfortunately really disappointed with its performance. I previously had a V12 before it was incinerated in a house fire and my dogs hair used to get tangled in the little wheels of the hard floor head so I thought great! One head for both floors - until I quickly realised that the head on the V16 did not effectively pick up the dust throughout the house and basically just collected the dog hair. Very disappointing especially considering the price point - we took it back and have had to go with a different model.
