Garbage, does not wet mop after only 3 months. Always used distilled water. The robot will also randomly blink orange and go max speed into the wall.

It started leaking heavily. The problem starts when the unit leaves the base to mop and starts flooding the apartment. Im addition, the suction power is terrible on carpets and skips some spots - so now I have to both mop water after it and vacuum after it. I wasted more than $1000 on this unit in Canadian Tire.

I have been using this for a couple months. It does a good job of mapping and going where it is supposed to go. It did forget its map once (maybe after an update) but it made a better map the second time. I have to remove it from the dock regularly to clean all off the sensors, in my opinion it is not a low maintenance machine. I do this usually more than once a week if I don’t it will come out of it’s dock spin around and return to the dock. Dog fur often gets stuck where dirt enters the bin, the vacuum does not recognize this as a result it will continue on its path leaving clumps of fur and dirt around the house. It works better if I send it to clean 1 room each outing. From my experience I would not recommend this vacuum to a home with pets, at least not ones that shed. The mopping feature does work. It needs to be sent to one area at a time, it will return to the base for water however by the time it recognizes that it needs water the pad is already dry and has stopped cleaning. Same as with vacuuming I just send it to mop one area at a time. We have laminate and tile so I don’t know how it works on carpet. Overall it is ok for light cleaning. If your floors actually get dirty it is not effective and easier to take care of it yourself.
