This vacuum is so the powerful that it could suck up all your fears, frustrations, and possibly even your mother-in-law. Don't quote me, I haven't tried (yet), but I assume that's why it's so heavy.

Q: Why does the motor head stay on when I use the hose extensions? For this Wind Tunnel whole house model? There is no switch to turn the motor head off when using hose extensions, why?

A: That is a great question. The on/off roller brush option is not available on this model. Options vary with each model.

A: That is a great question. The Roller Brush will continue to spin. Please select the Bare Floor setting.
