Bought two of these fans, model FT30 9A3. One we had to return because it sounded like an aircraft. The other one we kept but regret doing so. The amount of wind off it makes is pathetic. Do not recommend.

you gave me a used broken one then you didnt read my email and expected me to fly on my walker 30minutes to a store to return it i had to get a family member to cancel plans to do so because your customer service lacks respect! I will never shop here again if I can help it!

A: It is definitely metal, not painted plastic. it feels quite heavy and sturdy well made, screws engaged and turn quite easily
