Light was on but nobody was home

Bought this freezer last year, loved that it had an indicator light to show any power issues. Last week I went to grab some meat and found that everything was now thawed and cool, but definitely spoiled for now having been unfrozen for who knows how long. HUNDREDS of dollars of meat - wasted and ruined. The light was still on, so I didn't see any initial issue until I opened things up. I'll be getting a second hand freezer and a wifi alarm next round. Not from this company. My trust and money will go elsewhere.

No, I do not recommend this product.
