Q: Why does the product stop grinding after 1 year of owning? I've enjoyed this product but all of a sudden it stopped grinding. Canadian Tire is powerless to exchange given it's just over 1 year. Wouldn't recommend buying

Q: We find that the coarse grind is not coarse at all. It’s very messy…. Thinking of returning for these two reasons…
