Really great little grinder I had used a different brand before it was loud And didn't last that many years unfortunately. I would buy this grinder again it might be less volume but it's more compact quieter and does a great job Well done Braun .

Excellent machine for the price, and even bought it on sale. You could definitely pay $350-$2,000 for a coffee grinder, but I'm not aficionado, and this is just fine for me. Espresso grind is very fine! It's chic, small, and pretty intuitive. It doesn't take up a lot of counter space--maybe double the size of my blade grinder. I'm upgrading from a Braun blade grinder I've had for the past 30 years (which is still going strong, just being re-purposed) after going on a coffee plantation tour and finding out "Burr is best!" Fingers crossed this new Braun will last 30 years, too!

Q: Why does the product stop grinding after 1 year of owning? I've enjoyed this product but all of a sudden it stopped grinding. Canadian Tire is powerless to exchange given it's just over 1 year. Wouldn't recommend buying
