Not a good product.

This hand mixer is almost useless…..60 watts….it could barely whip w soft butter. Overpriced in comparison to other products. Was not happy at how difficult it was to return.

Great hand mixer. Slow start, strong motor.

To be clear the slow start is a good thing. It means that after adding dry goods, the lowest speed isn't going to throw powder all over the place. The motor is strong enough to handle cream cheese frosting and easily beats butter and sugar together. The whisks still trap some butter in them, but not as much as other hand mixers which have a middle pole. They are also a lot easier to clean. It's easy to release the whisks with a press of a button. I find it difficult to clean anything that gets into the vents. It's also slightly more inconvenient to put down the mixer, as the cord gets in the way a bit. It's a bit heavy, so blending for a while may get difficult. Overall great hand mixer. There are definitely better ones out there, but for me this was one of the only ones in my price range, which was a major consideration.
