My only complaint about this air fryer is that it isn't absolutely clear how to get the basket out. I figured it out eventually but it would be good to have it in the instruction booklet.

- A: Hi, on the control panel, some icons are not buttons, like the fish icon, shrimp icon, steak icon, etc., These are preset menu and you can select it by pressing the M button. Q: If the manual says you cannot cook frozen foods why does it say you can cook 700 grams of frozen fries?

- A: Most frozen french fries are precooked and not frozen raw, If the food you are cooking is cooked and then frozen after the cooking process, the food is safe. What they mean by not cooking frozen, is RAW food, such as frozen raw meat as it might not cook thoroughly and you may get sick!a year agoHelpful?
