waste of money & only gave a credit

Wouldn't stay connected to gooseneck, phone kept falling down. When I went to return it, was only given a store credit as option because the box was open. Was told once a box is open, it's considered defective. I've never had an issue before, but if this is their new policy, I'll seriously have to consider what I'm buying.

Pas très satisfait de ce support. Il se colle mal au vinyle du dessus du tableau de bord. Colle bien à la fenêtre, mais le support du téléphone ne se joint pas solidement à la tige flexible. Bref, trop cher pour ce que ça vaut vraiment.
