a year agoA: No, based on your vehicle make and model the Prestone MAX Asian Red Antifreeze+Coolant would not work. The Asian Red formula is designed for all Toyota, Lexus and Scion vehicles. Your vehicle would require an Asian Green formula or the Prestone® All Vehicles Antifreeze + Coolant Ready to Use and Concentrate will work for all years, makes and models of vehicles (gas & diesel engines). Prestone® is great coolant and freeze protection that has a 3rd benefit, protecting the cooling system from internal damage. Prestone’s proprietary formula protects against buildup, rust and corrosion from occurring, which are things that can damage engine parts and reduce the performance of the cooling system.

Q: Is this appropriate fluid to top up the existing manufacturer used coolant in a 2015 F150? (manual indicates CVC-3DIL-B/WSS-M97B44-D2))
2 years agoA: No, Prestone Max Antifreeze+Coolant- Asian red is specifically designed to work within all Toyota, Lexus and Scion makes. It is not designed to be utilized in Ford's.

Q: Toyota manual says use a non silicate, non amine, non nitrite, non borate, with Hybrid Organic Acid Technology coolant. Toyota also says phosphate additives are needed for aluminum protection. Does this product meet ALL those requirements
