So far, so good; I bought the cart for the purposes of transporting my musical equipment to and from events. I was able to use it to transport my amplifier, bass, and some related equipment without difficulty.

Second One Broke, Same as the First

I bought this cart a couple years ago only for the front wheel to break off in less than 6 months. I got it replaced with the lifetime warranty (but boy did the staff at the store grill me before doing so), only to have the front wheel break off this one in exactly the same way.
This cart can’t take the slightest bump. You have to lift the front wheels off the ground to get it over more than half an inch crack in the sidewalk. The second cart I almost always walked with its front wheels lifted off the ground, except inside stores, but they cracked and fell off even with careful use. Also carrying anything slightly heavy with the cart tipped back (because the front wheels are so delicate) made the mesh pop out of the frame in the back. It also can barely handle being wheeled in the snow, even just on the two big back wheels. The frame is not sturdy enough to handle being bumped around.
I expect better construction for $85. This cart is so flimsy it can’t even handle its oversized capacity. I don’t even see the point in trying to exchange it for a second time. Save your money to buy something sturdier.

Q: As it is double wheeled on each side, if one of the small wheel come off will both come off or just the one?

A: I just got a replacement cart because mine broke. The first time I used it, getting off the bus, the front wheel on the right hand side popped of while going across the street. By the time I realized a truck had already came by and the (two wheels or double wheel) wheel assembly from the right was gone.

A: It was a while ago but I believe so. If not, they were very simple to put on. The rest was fully assembled. I am very glad I bought and I use it all the time. Very good. It takes a lot of weight.

A: Take it back to Canadian Tire and they should replace it according to what it says under Resoures. Keep your receipt to cover their warranty.

A: My cart was fully assembled in the plastic it came in. All I had to do is unfold it to use it. Yours might be damaged. I wouldn't recommend getting another. Ours started falling apart after only a few months. We only use it to take down garbage and recycling. Absolutely not worth the money
