Within a few weeks of purchase, both batteries did not hold a charge anymore and would die less than 5 minutes of use. Charged and discharged batteries per manufacture instructions after purchase. Buyer beware.

Don't buy this product. Its advertised as having 80 minutes of use with both batteries, but I'm lucky to get 10 minutes of vacuuming with both batteries fully charged. I'm very unhappy with this product.

Noma Stick Vacuum with 2 Batteries

Purchased vacuum approximately 1 - 2 years ago due to the light weight features for my Mom. Overall the vacuum worked okay for light duty applications. Unfortunately one of the batteries died. When we contacted Noma directly for a replacement battery and was informed there were no replacement parts or batteries available to this particular vacuum at this time. Noma was very supportive and apologized given the product didn't meet our overall expectations and offered an option of a different product or refund. It was refreshing to see a company such as CTC / Noma fully support their product. Just unfortunate that replacement batteries or parts are not readily available for the product at this time.
