Works great but lost the remote and is not possible to replace if lost or broken and no manual adjustment.
Why would anyone make a product like that?

I bought this fan / light combo and loved it. It looks great but lately ( within the 1st 3 months after installing it ) it turns the fan or light on randomly . It still works with the remote but I’m nervous of what’s going on to cause this

Looks great, not the easiest to assemble and definitely need 2 people. I would have given it 5 stars because we do like it BUT the light goes on sometimes in the middle of the night for no reason and ruins your sleep so that’s a problem

bought this on sale . installed it looks good but when you turn on the light switch it will take 4 seconds for light to go on.. use the remote and goes on instantly. i have to wait 4 seconds all the time. but all the reviews no one mentions this.am i the Only one the installation was done by a professional . so do not tell me it was not installed properly . second thing is warranty is kind of to short one years for a big purchase of over 200.00 dollars. really.. then if LED light bulb has to be replaced one day good luck there goes another 50 bucks or so that is why. they should have upped the warranty to at least 2 years .also i forgot on lowest speed this fan is powerful it is like medium on all other fans . me and wife said why can we not go lower than this

Q: Had an electrician install this fan. Loved it till the light kept coming on when the fan was going. Not fun at 2am. Can you add pull chains or change the remote frequency??

A: you can change the remote frequency but that isnt going to fix the issue I dont think, I believe the electrician installed incorrect, I did it myself and was easier than I thought it would be as it was just the 2 wires to the main power and the ground to the electrical box

Q: Installed this fan/light a year ago. It takes a full 5 seconds for light to come on after switch is turned on. I have checked wiring several times can't find problem. Do you have suggestion before I try to return it?

A: I leave the fan power switch on all the time and control the fan light / motor from the remote (attached to the wall next to power switch). This way the fan light goes on immediately. The reason for light-on delay after powering the fan up is probably "boot" of the fan electronics - I would expect that. In my case I see about 3 seconds delay.

Q: We have just installed this fan. It looks nice and is silent. However, during the night it stopped by itself twice, and now it just turned on. What can I do so it doesn't do this anymore?

A: 1. The ceiling fan stopped by itself and also turned on by itself later? 2. Is there any other fan interference it? Because this receiver has a very strong reception, if there is a similar fan nearby, this situation may occur.

Q: I installed 2 Noma fans. 1st is okay; issue with the fan of the 2nd: there is only 1 speed (fast). The medium and slow speeds don't work. When I use the remote to get those speeds, the fan stops. Remote isn't the issue because it works with the 1st fan.

A: Yes, but the LED module that used for replacing must from our factory and It should be replaced by a professional electrician. (Remarks: The customer cannot use the other LED modules that purchase from Canada local Market, they will be unmatched)

Q: Purchased this ceiling fan recently. Looks great however couple of problems so far. the light goes out by itself often and can only be reset with the remote. the fan has also started moving on it's own when it was in off position. Why?
