Poor light set

I purchased four sets of lights in Nov 2020. Seemed to work well but it was a pain at times to get all sets to sync. Fast forward to Nov 2021, installed on my roof and noticed that one of the sets would not sync and stayed a dull mulitcolour and would not respond to remote. Cycled power several times. Next night that set appeared to be functioning normally but another set would not light up. Tried several things to fix but wouldn't light up then the first set became non functioning again. Frustrating. New version is not compatible with these sets, not that there are any in stock near me. What's the point of a 10-year warranty. Will Noma replace all four sets with the 2.0 version?

Worst i ever got - only last a year

First i cant shut it down juste with the beacause theres always one or 2 bulb (on a set of 4 string) that stays lit. Now one the little green box gets warm and light are dim and dont do nothing . And the rest the bulb that stays lit when power of dont change color either ....so now have to buy replace all them 4 string since cant get no more to replace em ....thanks noma

DO NOT BUY! I hope they’ll post this review… we bought *13* strings of these (last year) and every couple days / weeks - another one would die… or decide to put on its own light show at random. Die! Right after Christmas, every single string had died. Have you ever had LED string lights that die after like one month?! Unbelievable. Thankfully, and amazingly, Noma’s 10 year warranty allowed us to exchange them for a bunch of completely different regular lights. (A year later, when covid allowed, finally.) Don’t make the same mistake. Buy something else!

Purchased 4 sets of these. Two of them lasted less then 3 months. I would expect a much longer life expectancy from an led product.

Q: Is there a way to choose the 2 colours when using the 2 alternating lights. I can only get 1 colour plus white.

A: Hello Laurel. Thank you for your question. Yes, you can program the NOMA Advanced Lightshow 25 LED C9 Light set in two different ways, depending on which two colours you are wanting. If one of the colours you want is WHITE, simply press #5 button and any other colour you wanted. The factory default is "WHITE plus one other colour of your choice" and this will alternate the two of them. If you want both colours other than white, please refer to page 4 of the instructions PROGRAMING FAVORITES. RED and GREEN Example: FIRST, Press RED color, Then press #8. If successful, the light string will flash blue 3 times meaning you have programed RED as your first FAVORATE. SECOND, Press GREEN color, Then press #8. If successful the tree will flash blue 3 times, showing you have a second favorite. You could load 3 more colours if you wish, or just stop here with only two. Now push #10 button and your light string will cycle through your programed favorites. If you only programed RED and GREEN, then it will only alternate back and forth with those two choices. Q: I have 7 strings plugged into each other the string closest to the power source is stuck in demo mode and won't change no matter how many times I unplug the string. - the other 6 strings respond to the remote just fine. Can you suggest anything to fix?

Q: I have these lights plugged in to a sunset/sunrise timer plug but each time the lights come on they return to demo function. Is there a way to set the lights so after they're turned off by timer and come back on they will return to the last function?

A: Hello Dani. This product is not compatible with a sunset/sunrise timer. To remember the last set function choice, this product needs power to hold the memory. This product has its own built-in timer. Please refer to the included instruction page for proper timer function.

Q: Are there any plans to offer these in longer lengths and with the quick clips that connect to the body of the light (similar to product #151-3696-6)? This would make for an ideal light set!
