Works well, with added help

The fireplace itself looks great and is very stylish. Haven’t used the heat function yet because it’s not cold enough, but the subconscience of the “flame” psychologically warms us. I had to make the mounting bracket though.

We flush mounted it and it looks great! Easy plug install. Haven’t cranked up the heat yet, but i’m sure it’ll be fine. I was fortunate to also get it on sale and it was the last one.

We are happy with the company, very prompt preparation and shipping of product. We haven't opened the box yet, because our house is under remodeling and didn't get to the fireplace part yet. Will update as soon as we get there!

It squeaks. Not real loud, but annoying in a quiet room. Had it two weeks. Started whining on the third day. The noise is coming from the lighting, It works quietly on heat only. But add the flames and the squeaky-wheel sound begins. Also couldn't find the country of origin until the box came. (China) I though that was a law, that it be posted where it can be seen by the purchaser BEFORE purchase.

A: it says on the product information that the heat is blown out the front for immediate heat. i dont see the vent either, and Canadian tires answer on here seems to conflict with the product description. can you please clarify.
