Got this machine last month and so far so good! It’s much quieter than my previous machine, and I love that it can take more coffee pod sizes. Super easy to use, sleek, and perfect for my daily caffeine fix. Definitely loving it so far!

Expensive to Repair

I bought my machine in December 2024 and used it for 3 months before I got pregnant and the smell of a Nespresso made me feel sick. I am 3 months postpartum and thought I’d love to start drinking coffee again. After making a few cups I thought I better descale it since it has been awhile. My machine instantly stopped working and blinking yellow and then red. I tried all the recommendations online suggested to try to help before calling in.
I was told it was a pump issue and I could send it in to be replaced. On the website it says that warranty is 2 years. Imagine my surprise to hear in Canada it is only 1 year. No where on your website states that.
My machine was working perfectly until I used the descaler.
Sincerely an un-caffeinated upset mom.
