Good compact machine that makes a variety

I finally got a nespresso and I’m sold! I’m loving the variety of coffees I can make with this machine. Ever coffee comes out tasting amazing and even better than buying it at a coffee shop. The pods are a little pricey but well worth the cost for a higher quality coffee. The empty coffee pods automatically drop into a trash bin for easy cleanup. The Machine is compact and doesn’t take up too much space.

Great new machine!

My long-time workhorse Vertuo machine, which I had for a decade, finally gave up the ghost. So I decided on the cute little Pop+, and it's great! My only issues are that the pod tray is a little small, and I liked the locking mechanism on my old flat head machine. But besides that the Pop+ is excellent! Wonderful coffee of course, and I much prefer the new (larger) water holder design. Been a month so far and no issues at all!
Yes, I recommend this product.

Graine de café dans la tasse

J'ai acheté cette machine il y a environ un mois. Il faut savoir que le réservoir d'eau ne peut se déplacer vers l'arrière ce qui n'est pas évident a distinguer vs la NEXT. Peu m'importe. Le gout du café est bon. Le niveau de bruit est très acceptable. La conception compact est un avantage et un inconvénient. Les tasse de voyage Nespresso sont trop haute pour les placer sous la buse, il faut surélever la machine. Le principale problème pour ma part c'est que je retrouve toujours des graines de café moulu au fon de ma tasse. J'ai contacté le service à la clientèle pour un retour. On me suggère de la retourner via courrier et qu'il n'est pas possible de l'échanger en boutique. J'envisage la retourner et je vais attendre les promos sur le modèle Up.
