parts missing

I bought this product and started putting it together and it was missing parts. rather then try to take it apart and return it we just put it together as best we could and are living with it. very disappointing

Good quality unit, pumps out a lot of heat but fan is noisy. Fire place look is nice. Great unit for a bedroom or bonus room.

We just finished putting this together and I love it. I needed some kind of heat in my dining area and this was perfect. It blows alot of heat and looks very cozy. The price was really good. Very Pleased! It did take a few hours to assemble but worth it.

My only problem and it is huge for me is that it has no thermostat. It is either on or off and when on it kicks out a lot of heat so you better have a cold house to use the heat. I was not aware it had no Thermo or I would have passed on this unit and bought another. It is a sharp looking unit in and of itself but really needs a thermostat. being a bit electrically minded I will install my own but it needs a factory installed thermo.

great fireplace

Bought this a few days ago and had it assembled yesterday..I was looking for a smaller fireplace with tv stand and this fits perfectly. I have a 47 inch flat screen and it is quite sturdy. Although the fireplace looks brown on your site it is more closer to black but doesn't deter me.. The flame is very nice!! Wood looks rich! Only thing that was wrong with this one is inside the fireplace on the bottom of the logs there is a plastic twist tie or part of one and it cannot be removed. Guess it was a manufacturer error. It isn't that noticeable but I do know its there.

Q: What happens if the power goes out? Specific Question: If the fireplace and heater are on, and it is unplugged (or the power goes out), what happens when the power returns? Does the fire and heater start up automatically again, or do you have to reset somehow?
