Faucet won't stop running!

Faucet will not turn off! No power is getting to the faucet and there is no way to go around the motion sensor box to directly hook up water lines. We've tried everything. Had to turn water off under the sink.

Design Nice, Smart Feature is Not Smart!

Setting up the connection to use the smart feature is anything but smart! It doesn’t recognize your account so you have to reset password, so you do and when you return to the app, it has started over and then you enter this loop going through this over and over. After a few tries your email blocks incoming email and then you can’t even reset your password from the Morn app and then try connecting again. Reviews were right that this is a tedious and annoying problem. Otherwise it’s great except that I paid extra for smart features and didn’t get it.

Not worth the additional cost for voice control.

Most of the advertised features are just frustrating. Trying to connect it to a voice assistant, failed so many times that I gave up. The success stories that I read online, pointed out that the required verbage to get the faucet to work, was too cumbersome to use daily. "Alexa, activate Moan Faucet to dispence one cup of water'. REALLY? I can get a measuring cup and turn it on faster than saying all that, especially when you have to repeat it three times! If the Oil Rubbed Bronze with a wave sensor on top, was available without wifi and voice assist in the style we chose, we would have bought that instead. You can't even truly adjust the water flow. It will decrease very slightly if you move the handle, but it shuts off before you can get the flow down to a level you want.

No, I do not recommend this product.
