Not worth the price

Very disappointed that after 3 years the hot water censor broke. This wasn’t a cheap faucet. It was a splurge in our kitchen refresh… now we only have pressure for cold water !

Base is not sturdy enough when attaching to a stainless steel sink,because the stainless steel sink will flex,,,,Moen needs to address this issue.......

Great faucet except base becomes loose

The faucet seems well made and performs very well. However, the single-handle base - mounted in a granite counter top - has become loose several times in only a few weeks of use. The faucet was installed by a professional, who retightens the base every time he’s here. I’m hoping there is a long term solution for this problem.

Only lasted 6-1/2 years…disappointing.

Professionally installed February 2018 and started leaking July 2024. Not great for a top brand. The unit was leaking out of the connection head underneath the sink. As far as I can tell, the entire cylindrical part with all the connections would need to be replaced as it’s one unit. Being this is our main sink for cooking and cleaning up dinners, I decided it was best to replace the entire faucet rather than wait for the warranty to be processed. Pretty disappointing that this item only lasted 6-1/2 years with normal wear by a family of three.
