Do you like food poisoning with your cooler food?

Complete garbage. Pull handle broke instantly. Ran it for 24 hours on my house which is 21°c and this cooler could only ever get down to 10°c. If you want food poisoning, this is the product for you! I returned it.

Works great. Ratings were bad for the handle so I just don’t use it. I didn’t bother putting the wheels on it either. Have it plugged in outside our RV under the picnic table and it works great at cooling our beverages. The RV camping next to us has the same one and they have no issues, it’s 4 years old and the handle and wheels are just fine. I don’t think it is for wheeling distances, just out of the RV into its spot. The price is right for me and my camping, you definitely get what you pay for.

Q: Is the 12 volt adapter available and for what price? I would have assumed the 12v adapter was included as that is the main use!

A: All Mobicool coolers come with 12 v DC. This specific cooler model W38 / CTC # 37-0500 has the 110v AC/DC Adaptor included. For a replacement adaptor for this cooler, please contact Mobicool customer care 1-855-700-9808 / email info.ca@mobicool.com. A universal Mobicool 110v AC/DC adaptor that fits all Mobicool coolers is available from your local Canadian Tire store. The product # 37-0149.

Q: I have purchased one of these and so far not at all impressed.. On the cold setting, what is the inside temperature supposed to reach ? and/or should I be supplementing this thing with ice packs ? Thank you
