This is the same product sold in Dollar Stores for $3. It is simply a cloth that cools as the water evaporates same as sweating. It does feel cool for a while at first touch but must be moved around. It could be cut into strips for forehead or wrists. No magic, just a wet towel. Checkout reviews on line.
