  • Normal Master craft wrenches (14 piece) fits fine. Certain sizes of Mastercraft Maximum Ratcheting wrenches don't fit in order of size, due to width of the wrench head.

Weak Magnets

The magnets on the back of the holder are not strong enough to hold all the wrenches. I have tried the side of my tool chest and my Mastercraft work bench. It will not hold vertically with only a few wrenches on it. This holder also does not work with Mastercraft GearWrench sets. The slots for the wrenches is not large enough for these wrenches.

I purchased this to maximize the storage space in my tool chest, and to make it easy to find the correct size and notice if any sizes are missing. It is easy to grab the right size and to keep everything organized. My only disappointment was that I originally purchased this holder for the Mastercraft Maximum ratcheting wrench set and it won't fit all of them in order of size. The first 4-5 of the largest wrenches fit, snugly but fine. After that, I had to skip a few sizes in order for the width of the wrench head to be able to fit into the next slot. My compromise was to switch my normal Mastercraft wrenches into this holder, and to use the blue plastic holder that came with them for the ratcheting set. It's not ideal, but it still works better than some other options I've seen. My recommendation to Canadian Tire would be to design another magnetic holder that holds a full 15 wrenches, whose slots are wide enough to accommodate either end of the Maximum ratcheting set. Otherwise, it would have received 5 stars.
