The spec of 1.5 hours run time isn't true, I've gone for 3 hours hikes and the thing is still bright. I changed the batteries after about 5 hours of total usage.
It's light weight and easy to wear, you get use to it on your head very quickly.
The light output is more than enough for a hard trail, visibility and light spread are very good. When you focus to a sharp point, it is a very bright spot light with good distance.
The only negative to this light is that in it's normal locked position, it doesn't quite point down enough for me. It's easy to correct by re-positioning the light a little though.
One of the best head lamps i've used.

Q: How do you get the headlamp turned off Can't seem to get the headlamp to turn off seems to be in like an sos mode and won't stop flashing.

A: The on/off button is located on the top of the lens piece. Pressing the button softly will scroll through the modes of the flashlight. Pressing the button firmly will turn it off.
