Gauge broken right out of the box

Thought I could use my Maximum 20V batteries and charger. Of course not, now Canadian Tire has the PWR POD battery system that is almost exactly the same but was designed not to fit so you'll buy more more more. Went back and spent close to $140.00 on a 150W fast charger and 2aH battery because I figured I buy something else with the PWR POD system and this gun is useless without a battery. Right out of the box the gauge on the back doesn't work, doesn't even move like it's jammed. Unit actually has good pressure and worked as far as that goes. Couldn't find the receipt so took it apart but nothing disconnected or loose, just doesn't work. More garbage made in you know where.

No, I do not recommend this product.

A: It does not work with the Yardworks battery. I looked at the first answer but it didn't work. I bought this item and tried my Yardworks battery and they are not compatible- only the Mastercraft battery line works and they are very expensive. So between the tool and the battery, it gets close to $200. ahve no idea why CT has incompatible parallel battery lines.

Q: Am I correct in assuming this does not come with a 12 volt cigarette lighter plug as an alternate power source as it is not expressly mentioned in the desc? Looks exactly the same as two other products that have 12 volt backups. TY.
