Could not get battery from CANADIAN TIRE IN STORE OR ONLINE, It must be why the radio was on sale, very dissapointed, I would have given it a -10 if the option was there.

Battery life was less then a work day, might need two batteries 9-5. I used it a dozen days or so and then the radio reception stopped working well, and volume become totally unpredictable (loud on power up, no response to buttons). Taking it back, it was loud enough but not failed quickly.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: No. Mastercraft 20V Max Li-ion cordless radio should only use with Mastercraft 20V Max Li-ion batteries, for your reference the product numbers of compatible batteries are: 054-3124, 054-3125 and 054-3211.

Q: Speaker & Watts? Can you please tell me the speaker size, as well as how many watts it is? Also, can I run this radio in my vehicle, and charge it as well? by using a 12 volt usb outlet? Thanxs!

A: The speaker size is 90mm diameter. Watts spec: 5W. No, the radio cannot be run by using a 12 Volt usb outlet, should be used with a Mastercraft Lithium-ion battery (Sku number 054-3124 or 054-3125).
