Decent LEGO Action Figure

Got this set for my sister, who's been into Batman recently. She asked me to find a Batman doll or action figure for her, and I knew as a LEGO fan what would be the best option that we would both like. Got the set, helped her build it, and she loves it. Price could be a little lower, but that could apply to the other figures in this line as well. Great set overall!

Bad-Man

This construction figure is awful! I have bought most of the Lego Star Wars construction figures and I really enjoyed building those, but this? So many things are wrong here. Why are his hands and feet so disproportionate? Why does he only have three fingers? Why can I see grey brick behind the Bat symbol? And what happened to his head? It’s a weird shape and there’s such a big gap between the head and the neck - it looks like a lollipop! Batman and Lego are a dream come true for me but this is just a Knight-mare

Looks good, plays bad

I can only recommend this if you want to pick a pose and put it on your shelf. The articulation and range of motion are tremendously disappointing. I don't know how much of that is due to sacrifices in the name of stability, but my Bionicle figures never had difficulty standing and they had more range of motion than you could ask for. Batman's feet can only pivot forward and backward a couple of degrees, but thankfully he has Bat-Ankle-Rolling action. His thighs can only twist up a few notches, so I hope you aren't planning to have Batman sit on anything. His elbows can't fully extend, a clear sacrifice of playability for looks. Amusingly though his head has massively more range of movement than the actual costume the figure is based on did. The main saving grace is that it's not an expensive set,
