Would not recommend to buy - customer service is poor also

I bought this over a year ago to replace the Black & Decker toaster. The toaster does not toast anymore even on the highest setting. I would not recommend buying this unit. When i called customer service - just like the other reviewer they told me to send if back for a couple of weeks. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this unit if you are considering on purchasing.

I work in a daycare and depend on the toaster every morning. Even on the highest setting, it does not toast the bread. I would not recommend this product at all!

Very Slow

I had this toaster fro 3 months and I thought it might perform better but I was wrong. This was the slowest toaster I ever used. I took it back and am trying a Padnero Toaster now. Hopefully it performs better. I would not buy the Lagostina again. Pricey toaster for not working.
