Q: does it say at what time the min and max temperature occured ?

A: It does not keep track of when the min/max temperature occurred. In fact, to make sure you will not be seeing stale data, you should reset the values daily. For example, if the temperature doesn't go as high as the last max value, you won't see what it was for the day; same for the min value.

Q: Can you install the app on 2 devices and monitor the same account from 2 devices? Both my partner and i want to monitor

A: Darlene, I have one temperature monitor send its readings to two separate Displays in the same household, and that works fine. However, these units do not work via internet. So you can NOT read the temperature via any smart phone or tablet. As far as I know, there is no application that works with the sensing devices.

Q: How long does it normally take to see the temperature sensor and show the outdoor temp on setup? Mine will not display anything

A: Should only take a couple of minute if that. If not something is wrong with the unit or you’re just not setting it up right. Start again while reading the instructions. I have a few of these and they always work great.

Q: outdoor display says 'no', how can this be fixed? Chnaged Batteries, follwoed the instructions but after a few minutes display says 'no' for outdoor temperature.

A: Remove all batteries. First, install batteries in the outdoor device. Second, install batteries in the indoor receiver. Wait until temperature is displayed before setting the time and date. Make sure you have fresh batteries. I recommend Energizer Lithium.
