My pouch is only six months old, but I use it in a highly abusive atmosphere(lots of high-pressure water, corrosive chemicals, temperature extremes). I find that I can carry all of my regular hand tools in it, although I wouldn't if mind the two main inner storage pockets were a little larger. The center pouch carries a drill or impact driver quite nicely.
The included storage tray for hardware is a nice addition. After filling it up, I had to re-organize my tools to balance the weight a little more evenly. I'd like the outside pockets to be a little bit higher, as the two shortest ones tend to allow tools to fall out sometimes.
Stays upright while bouncing around in the back of the truck, and the moisture doesn't seem to affect it too badly. Would suggest to any electrician to add your own tape thong, as for some reason, this one doesn't come with one.
All in all, can't complain. Knowing what I know now, I'd buy it again.
