    Good Immersion Blender

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this awhile back, and I am very pleased with it. The one problem I had was, in setting it up, a piece was showed in the manual that was not in the box. I called about it, and it turns out it was an old manual. It was no big deal really, but I did have to wait a couple hours on hold for the call to go through.

    Had this for several years now. I would buy it again but cleanup is not the easiest. I use it mainly for my own tomato sauce for spaghetti.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am sure I will like it when I can use it. I have been unsuccessfully trying to purchase a replacement pan guard to be able to use this when making soup. The Kitchen Aid website is difficult to navigate and even when I put “pan guard” into the search function, it does not bring me to the item. Instead, I have to scroll through many other items, and truthfully, it is frustrating. So maybe this isn’t a review of the product, but if the website.

    (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I absolutely love my new 2-speed hand blender. Not only is the colour perfect, but it does the job perfectly every time. The fact that the bottom half comes off for easy clean up and storage is an added bonus!
