Wonderful baking utensil

Great for rolling and smoothing out fondant. I make cakes and cupcakes at least once a week and have taken a class for decorating. this was recommended as it doesn't easily stick to the fondant. Just make sure your fondant is cool and not hot or it will stick slightly. A great addition!
