I had 2 of them the first one lasted 2 months the second lasted a month. Maybe got about 15 cups out of it. Canadian tire was great with the exchange. Very easy and simple!

we returned the first one we purchased because it quit working ,we picked up another one and in two months it quit working. This model of keurig coffee machine should probably not be sold.

When I bought it, I made ice coffee during the summer. I didn't use the coffee machine during the off-season (we have other coffee machines). When the following summer, I went to make ice coffee, the part for iced coffee did NOT work. I cleaned it, did everything I could, but to no avail. For regular coffee, it is OK, but for iced-coffee, a big zero, since it was purchased especially to make iced coffees. Quite an expensive machine to end up making only 10-12 coffees in total. I will not buy another one
