If your JBL Tune 500BT is not plugged into the power source, press and hold the power button for more than 30 seconds. You can also try to use a different charger and source wall outlet if that fixes the issue. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support.

Q: Is there a fix for the distorted or robotic sound issue while connected to PC for conferences? Unbelievable this issue has been ongoing for so long with no fix.

A: This issue still persists in 2022!! To clarify using the JBL 500 BT as a headset on Windows 10 in any app gives the same result - scrambled distorted sound when trying to use JBL 500 BT headset audio output , switching to JBL 500 BT headphone output audio is fine. However i am unable to use JBL 500 BT headset mic as input. I am not heard when selecting JBL 500 BT headset mic as input in any Windows 10 app. On the other hand JBL 500 BT work fine as a headset solution for output and mic input on Android!

A: I have just purchased these fantastic headphones and can assure you that they do connect to a PC. I have a Lenovo with Windows 10 and they have connected. If they don't connect then it must be because your PC does not have Bluetooth capability. That is not a fault of the headphones.

Q: I have the T460BT. They work fine with Android, but terrible with Windows 10. The audio is garbled when using as a headset with the microphone. I've tried 3 different computers. Is this a known issue? Is there a solution?

A: I have this product for about a year and a half it works perfectly as you said on android and on Windows it works great on music but on Zoom you have to use apps, I use Krisp it's a great app and you get 240 minutes free every week and it fixes the problem

A: I have this headphones for about a year and a half I bought it because of Covid19 and on Zoom it doesn't work well, it's sound like a robot but if you use app like Krisp, that designed to remove background noises its works perfectly fine

A: Bonjour, j'ai connecté mon casque JBL TUNE 500BT à mon téléviseur SAMSUNG sans problème. Le décalage entre l'image et le son est perceptible mais très minime, pas vraiment gênant. Par contre je trouve le niveau sonore un peu faible.
