    New formula is bad

    New ethanol based formula works extremely poorly for a pellet stove. It doesn't even merit 1 star. Will never buy this product again unless Imperial goes back to its previous formula

    Purell gel is cheaper and works better

    It’s too thick to use efficiently (especially for the price) even when you use it right. Others have pointed out the process to use this - which requires mixing it in and letting it sit a few minutes. The interweb hive mind suggested gel hand sanitizer as an alternative. I’ve been using it and it’s way better. I expect you could get at least 4x as many fires lit from a bottle of Purell at half the price. And your fire will get going twice as fast.

    Works well. I find it missed it you mix the pellets into it and let them soak a minute or 2. Never have an issue not lighting
