With easy snap-on installation and no screws required, these folding handles for casement windows replace standard 10-tooth handles for splines with 12 teeth and 11/32" diameter. Very Good Product

I found it difficult to determine if I had the correct size to fit on the crank. Measuring to 1/32" is difficult for old eyes. The manufacturer has a video on their website to help. I had to use a rubber mallet to get the handle onto the spliced shaft. The handle works great once fitted.
