    No Celcius!

Although the face sticker was in Celcius, and everything bilingual (obviously for the Canadian market), there is no option for Celcius , or the 24 hour clock. My old thermostat (bought and installed 19 years ago) had all that. Installation was easy enough.

No, I do not recommend this product.

    No Humidifier Control

I am sure this is a great little thermostat, but it does NOT support control of a humidifier. At the price point of this unit you would expect it to. It would be great if the packaging would tell you that the unit does or does not support different control needs.

No, I do not recommend this product.

It works great and looks nice. The only complaint is it does take quite a bit of time to figure out the programming instructions.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Good product

I have installed three of these units in the last year and I haven't had any problems yet. The first unit was installed a year ago to control a gas furnace in the house. Its been about 11 months and no problems at all. The battery hasn't been changed yet. I installed two in the church this week to control two zones with in the church. I haven't had any problems and they seem to be pretty accurate as I cross checked them with a temperature recorder. I programmed the functions to both applications, with a little help from tech support. Tech support is really good and fast.....no complaints at all. Good product. Sylvan lake is now sold out, but I ordered two more for next week.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

I bought this unit last year, I hooked it up and was very disappointed, burns through batteries, 2 double AA's every month and shuts off on its own. I purchased a different product this year and it works great, Have not had to replace the batteries once, I don't recommend this product.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Changing temperature display How do you change the display from Fahrenheit to Celsius? The specifications say it can display Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature. Out of the box it is set on Fahrenheit. The manual does not have any literature about this feature. Thanks
