Very disappointed

I bought this set just because of the brand and my trust in the brand but every time I use it I get blisters on my finger . How can a knife be so poorly designed. It’s just really disappointing.

THE best deal ever

This is the best set of knives I have ever owned. Yhe chefs knife is sturdy and has a nice heft but well balanced in my hand. All of the blades are razor sharp and make my kitchen work effortless. The price is UNBEATABLE!!

Q: Is there a warranty for this product if the knives become dull in under a year? Can they be exchanged in store for a new set?

1 Answer

A: No there is not a warranty for sharpness. The knives will hold an edge, but all straight edge knives need to be sharpened eventually. (Edges can also be maintained using a honing steel or a pull through sharpener. ) Dulling rate depends on usage, cutting surface etc. The knives are covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship.
