Q: IS IT 30 CUP RICE COOKED OR UNCOOKED? DOES IT KEEP WARM FOR LONG HOURS?

A: Cooks up to 30 cups of every kind of rice (15 cups uncooked). Rice cooker will switch to WARM after cooking time, indicating rice is cooked. It will stay warm while plugged in. For a copy of the manual, please call 1-800-267-2826.
