As others have mentioned, it's a fantastic product. Mainly use in my main wash cycle (1 cup) + liquid detergent with my towels to prolong freshness. We haven't seen it in stores because there's an ammonia shortage. Might have to do with Russia-Ukraine conflict. My grocer carried another brand and they don't have that one also.

Superb results adding 1/3 cup to your load of wash

I keep checking to see if this product is back in stock, As well as the many uses other reviewers have mentioned I use it for general cleaning but also as a supplemental laundry additive along with my regular laundry detergent. Ammonia cuts oil and grease and also keeps whites bright and removes yellowing. of white fabrics., much better than detergent alone. I too am so disappointed it has disappeared off CT store shelves. Please bring FRANKS AMMONIA back !!!!!

GREAT PRODUCT BUT HAS DISAPPEARED FROM THE SHELVES

i had been buying the frank ammonia cleaner since 3 summers ago and it worked perfectly for cleaning plus keeping the raccoons out of the back yard area.
unfortunately, they have stopped production or it is on back order.
still no word as to when it will be back or replaced with a similar product.

A: you can mix it with equal parts vinegar and ammonia in a bucket of water. Been doing this for years to clean my windows. Never ever mix with bleach!!

A: I would say yes, it will cut through the nicotine on the walls that are creating that odour. make sure you dilute it according to the instructions.

A: I'm really not sure! The reason I purchased the ammonia is to use it to kill slugs in my garden (mixing it with water in a gallon sprayer). I'd test the ammonia on a hidden area of the plastic with bug spray first, to see if it will affect the plastic.

A: Although it can be used to clean vinyl siding, it is unclear whether runoff would damage plants within the garden below. We would recommend using alternative products if available or dilute the ammonia and try to minimize the run-off that results.

It is recommended to use a product that contains Hydrogen Peroxide to remove the blood from the mattress without harming the surface.
