Ceci est le pire ensemble de vaisselle que je nous n'ayons jamais eu pour une seule et bonne raison : la vaisselle se brise extrêmement facilement!
Bien que nous ayons acheté cet article à probablement 50% de rabais, l'achat n'en valait pas du tout le prix. Après seulement quelques mois, plusieurs morceaux sont déjà cassés. Je souligne d'ailleurs que nous sommes 2 adultes seulement à utiliser cette vaisselle. Il n'y a donc aucun enfant à blâmer ici.
Pour vous donner une idée de la fragilité, mon mari avait fait tomber une tasse une fois, tout en tenant une deuxième dans l'autre main, il a pu rattraper la premeière tasse avec succès. Toutefois, la deuxième tasse serrée dans sa main gauche a tout simplement brisé sous la pression de sa main... Aucune chute et la tasse s'est tout de même brisée. Je n'en revenais pas!
Alors voilà. Continuez à chercher. Ceci n'est pas un bon achat, voilà tout.

after 2 weeks, two side bowls got chipped-- several pieces have brown spots and on three of the mugs there are brown lines about 1/4 to 1/2 inches- two bowls have spots----trying to find out how to buy open stock to replace defective items but unable to do so--

Quality questionable

Have had the dinnerware for 1 week, a cup was chipped the first day, now a dinner plate is chipped. The white finish seems to be irregular there are some tiny brown spots on the plates. Bought on the last sale, so it wasn't a major loss.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: De quel façon peut-on remplacer une tasse endommagée? Bonjour, J'ai acheté cette vaisselle à ma fille il y a 2 ou 3 mois pour son futur condo. Elle est déménagé hier et quand j'ai lavé la vaisselle, il y avait une tasse endommagée. De quel façon peut-on la remplacer? merci Lucie
