    Good concept but faulty

    Leaked from the start. Left track marks. Hard to clean if you have pet hair. Need to vacuum first. We found a split in one of the valves. Warranty process was seamless, but still waiting for replacement part. Plus the cost dropped by 70% just after I bought it. The concept of the machine is great, just hope it works properly once replaced.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    I bought my Dyson several months ago. I was so disappointed that Dyson had not supplied a hard copy of instructions and you had to download an app. I find this tactic not user friendly and as a result of that I have never used my new Dyson. Had I have known prior to purchase that the only instructions for the new appliance was via an app then I wouldn't have purchased the Dyson. It now stands in a corner unused as an ornament.

    The unit does a good job of cleaning hard floors. I’m amazed at how dirty our floors are when I use it after seeing the dirty water in the collection tank. We do get a soapy line appearing occasionally, even though we have not used detergent cleaner in our machine. I can only assume this is residues from the old mop and bucket technique. It is fiddly to clean properly and dry to avoid musky odours and then re assemble, but in general happy with its performance.

    Wouldn’t purchase again, the rollers and tray are quite tricky to get out. The water tanks always leak when you have finished a clean
